Located in a peaceful area of Lake district of Smolyan within the gorgeous Rhodope mountain, just 10 minutes driving from Smolyan town, this place is an excellent decision for vacations and holidays throughout the year with extremely beautiful panorama.

Around the property is a wide meadows and pine forests. In 400 m southward are two fish lakes and in 1,5 km northward are another two lakes. Litle bit further is situated the first station of the lift, who transfering people to the top point of Pamporovo ski resort - peak Snezhanka /Snow-white/ , 1921 m above sea level, where started 6 ski slopes. From there people can go to the cafe-bar on the first floor of the TV-tower /150 m high/. Extremely beautiful nature.

The house is on 3 floors with total living area 150 m2. The floors are made by solid wooden beams, the big terrace is made with concrete plate. The rooms are shaped, but not plastered, Still not fit the electrical and water instalations. Electricity and water sets are in 150 meters away.
