Furnished house, 30 km from Shkorpilovtsi beach and 45 km from Varna, on the eastern slopes of Stara Planina by the Kamchia and Longoza rivers. Sherba hunting farm is nearby.
The property is located at the end of the village.

The house is about 100 square meters, it was built around 1960 from cut stone, bricks, beams, renovated roof and replaced wooden windows, it consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge.

There is an internal bathroom with a combined electric/wood boiler and separate toilet, septic tank. The heating is on wood.

There are two cellars, a small one (about 4 sq.m.) and a large one (about 20 sq.m.), also a shed on the north wall and another large shed/barn at the back of the yard. There are fruit trees, asma, herbs in the garden.

The house has a security system and cable high-speed internet. Good neighbors. There is a spring 10 m in front of the house.

At the moment, the house is lived in and maintained, there is no need for repairs, it will be necessary to eventually whitewash the walls, paint the woodwork.
