Furnished house with a large garden of 3000 sq.m. and many outbuildings in the village of Pavel, 50 km away. from Veliko Tarnovo in the municipality of Polski Trumbesh.

The village is well organized, with grocery stores and transport to Polski Trumbesh, Svishtov and Veliko Tarnovo. 

The living area is 170 sq.m., distributed between two levels. 

The first level consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom, a basement, two bathrooms, an internal toilet and two rooms with boilers for heating, combined with solid fuel and pellet burners. One boiler is for the first level, the second is for the second level. 

On the second level there is a living room, three bedrooms, a corridor and a glazed terrace. In the yard there are agricultural buildings, three garages next to each other with the possibility of a workshop, a greenhouse and a summer bath. 

There are two wells, three-phase electricity and a garage on the main street that can also be used as a shop.
