The house has 2 floors.
The first floor has a vestibule - a veranda. Large living room with kitchenette. Bathroom + toilet with bathtub. Additional bedroom. The floor is tiled, the walls are latex.
The second floor.

There are 2 separate entrances.
From the first entrance you enter a corridor, from which you enter 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet. From the other entrance you enter a glazed terrace - veranda, from which you enter one of the 2 bedrooms from the other entrance and the 3rd private bedroom.
One room has a tiled floor, the other 2 have a wooden floor. The walls are made of latex and wallpaper.

The villa has a large plastered garage. Fits comfortably in a station wagon.
A very large basement over 7m by 4m which can be renovated and made into a tavern. To the basement there is another separate room 2 by 2 m., which has a fireplace and a cauldron for brandy.
The yard has vines with asmalak and fruit trees - 4 figs, pears, plums, peaches. Exceptional flora. There are perennial plants planted. Tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, lilies of the valley, petunias, midges, roses, shrubs, etc. blooming year-round.
There are also additional buildings for those wishing to raise animals.
The villa is 15 min. on foot from the beach of Albena. The first hotel is a 20-minute walk away.

The villa is sold furnished.
There is a leveled space for a prefabricated pool 3-4 by 3-4m.

There is an additional room in the attic, which is the 3rd floor, but there is no staircase to it. A terrace can be made to the attic room. There is a foundation from the terrace-porch on the 2nd floor.
