Sunny house and yard 4 km from the resort Albena.
In a quiet place with a wonderful view.
The house has an area of 90 square meters and consists of an entrance hall, corridor, living room, kitchen, bedroom, children's room, bathroom and toilet.
The floors are covered with laminate parquet and a floor made of boiled beech. The walls are wallpapered. The heating is local heating with a fireplace.

The house has PVC windows, electricity, VIK - a hydrophoric system with a 1 cubic meter tank, which is installed in a basement under the living room and the kitchen with an area of 20 square meters.
