We offer for sale a house - a family hotel with a restaurant in the village of Kosharitsa, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.

Kosharitsa is a wonderful village, located high above sea level at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain range. The combination of sea and mountain air currents creates an incredible climatic background. The village has a very developed infrastructure: many shops, cafes and restaurants, hotel complexes, post office, administration, kindergarten, school, church, sports and playgrounds, regular transport, ATM, pharmacy and much more.

The total area of the house is 456 sq.m. The first floor consists of: an entrance hall with stairs to the second floor, a large living room with a kitchen area and access to the terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom and a boiler room. On the second and third floors there are four rooms with separate bathrooms for each.
