The house has a built-up area of 76.6 sq.m., a gross floor area of 174.90 sq.m. The house is newly built and has a completely wooden structure. Separately, there is a semi-underground floor (not in the RZP), which also represents the reinforced concrete base and contains the service rooms. The first floor consists of a kitchen, a large living room with a dining room and a toilet. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet.

Great attention is paid to the thermal stability of the house. Heating and domestic hot water are with wood pellets and, in addition, an electric boiler for hot water in the season when there is no heating. There is also a solar collector system for hot water. The house also has a carport.

The house is located in a property of 3687 sq.m. There is a preliminary project to build eight more houses of the same type. At the moment, the installation of a 30 KVp photovoltaic plant is being completed for the sale of energy on the free market and for own needs. A battery system is not planned at this time.
