Ready to move-in house only 5 km away from the sea.

The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The heating is via a central pellet burner, wood burner in the living room and well as air conditioners.

There is a separate annex with one bedroom and a bathroom.

In the garden, there is a car pot for 4 vehicles and a wood shed. The access is via an asphalt road. 

The garden is well looked after with many mature plants in it. 

The village is very well kept with many foreigners living there. 

The area is very affluent. There are three golf courses nearby, the town of Balchik offers many restaurants, cafe shops, walks in the famous Balchik Botanical Garden, an 8 km long promenade suitable for walking, joging, biking, skating etc. Not too far away there are two well known resorts of Albena and Golden Sands with their famous, long sandy beaches.  There is a zip line in Topola and paragliding over beautiful Balchik and Kavarna cliffs.  The area is rich in mineral springs. There are many spa centres and hotels offering mineral pools and various healthy procedures.
