New houses are offered for sale in a small complex of eight detached 2-storey residential buildings in the village of Aleksandrovo, 8 km from the sea.

Aleksandrovo is a small picturesque village located 30 km from Burgas and 10 km from Sunny Beach.
It is a green, quiet and peaceful area. The main population of the village is Bulgarians. The area is ecologically clean. Around the village, mainly vineyards and orchards with fruit trees grow.
The village has all the infrastructure. All year round in the village work: shops and supermarkets, city hall, school, kindergarten, church. A shuttle bus runs regularly to the city of Burgas.

Distance from the city of Burgas - 30 km, from the town of Pomorie - 20 km, from the resort of Sunny Beach - 10 km.

The complex is built on a closed area of 3,500 sq. m. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool. Each house has a private parking space.

The houses are brick, consist of two floors:
The built-up area of each house is 130 sq.m.

• floor 1: entrance hall, bathroom, large living room with kitchen area and fireplace.
• floor 2: 2 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large terrace.
