We offer for sale a cozy two-story house in the complex without a support fee “Sunny Hills”, Kosharitsa.

The complex is located in a villa zone between the settlement of Kosharitsa and the resort of Sunny Beach with all the necessary urban infrastructure. On its territory the complex offers such amenities as:

- parking;
- barbecue area.

The total area of the house is 184 sq.m. The first floor consists of: an entrance hall with access to the second floor and a storage room under the stairs, a bathroom, a bright living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining area and access to a large veranda with a barbecue. On the second floor there are: two spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms with heated floors and balconies with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and open spaces.

The house is fully equipped with furniture and appliances, each room has air conditioning. There is Act 16.
