The main house is in very good condition, on two floors.

• floor 1: kitchen, 2 rooms, and a corridor. Through one of the first-floor room, there are stairs leading to a celler.
• floor 2: 3 bedrooms with a corridor and a terrace.

The second house is old and needs major renovation.
There is also a summer kitchen consisting of one room and a bathroom.
There are also a gazebo and numerous farm buildings and a garage. The garden is 3000 sq.m. Mains water and electricity are connected.

The village of Kakrina is located 17 km away from the town of Lovech and 25 from the town of Sevlievo. In the village, there is a museum of the Bulgarian national hero Vasil Levski, a restaurant, a few food shops, a post office, and public transport to the nearest bigger settlements.
