The house is located in the village of Tyulenovo/Shabla and has a perfect location, facing east to the sea with a wonderful sea view.

Construction-solid, joinery-PVC, rosewood color, floors in rooms, terraces, staircase-granite, stair railings - from wrought iron.

The house is completely renovated. The entire property is surrounded by a two-meter fence with stone ornaments.

There are two wrought iron portals. Heating - air conditioners, but a chimney for heating pellets or a fireplace is also built.

There is cable TV and WI-FI.

The first floor is a 125 sq.m. hall, which is plastered inside.

2nd floor - two rooms opening onto a large terrace, glazed with sliding windows.

The house is located 15 km from Shabla, 80 km. from Dobrich and 120 km from Varna. In Shabla there are supermarkets, post office, Econt, bus station, high school, kindergarten, bank.

In Tyulenovo there are hotels, guest houses, a small harbor for boats.

The village is famous for its diving school, for its many above-ground and underwater caves and its attractive rock formations/Skalniy bridge, Kamaka Samotnik, Yashalka Bay, Tyulenova Cave
