This property is located in the outskirts of a big and picturesque mountain village in Northwest Bulgaria and is just 28 km to Mezdra town, 40 km to Vratsa and about 75 km to Sofia Airport. A nice golf complex could be found in the town of Pravets - 45 km. Vrachanski Balkan Nature Park (15 km) offers a few ski runs for the ski lovers and Varshets Spa Resort could be reached within just 20 km. The neighboring village of Zverino (3 km) has a railway station providing easy access to the towns of Vratsa and Sofia.
