The villa is located 25 km from Blagoevgrad at the foot of the Rila mountain, 1300 m above sea level, 2 km from the Kartala ski slope.
It has a living room and kitchen on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor.
The kitchen is equipped with a new stove, a new refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine. Everything is working.
All rooms are equipped with TVs and internet.
The bedrooms are equipped with large and almost new beds with mattresses and mattress frames.
Two bathrooms and toilets - one on the first and one on the second floor.
It has a pellet room on the first floor.
The entire second floor is entirely made of wood.

The heating is with a pellet fireplace, which has the option of remote ignition.
The villa has external Baumit insulation of the entire house.
There is a huge storage room for wood under the terrace.
There is a barbecue with a wood-burning stove next to the villa.
