The property had been empty for many years now and is in bad state which corresponds with the asking price. It includes a main building, annex, barn and a piece of nice, very fertile land. The house has 1 floor with corridor which connects 4 premises. They used to be bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. In the annex located next to the main building there are 2 more rooms. There is also a basement beneath the house.

In the yard one will find the barn, a fresh water well and many trees and bushes. Like the rest of the property, the yard had not been used for many years so it is overgrown and needs cleaning. The place in general requires repairs and renovation but it offers a great spot in the outskirts of the village just next to the fields. There are a couple of houses in vicinity but most of them are empty, so plenty of peace and quiet await those who might decide to purchase this property.

The center of the village is about five minutes away by car or bike.
