The property consists of a renovated garage, partially renovated house with 2 floors, an old barn, several small farm buildings and 3000 sq.m. of land. The ground floor holds 3 rooms – living room, kitchen and a basement. One reaches the living room and the basement by entering into a short corridor accessible from the front of the building. The living room is renovated and has new windows, new floor, new wiring, new plastering and fresh coat of paint on the ceiling and the walls. Near it is the basement which is in its original state. Through a separate entrance one goes into a short corridor which brings you to the kitchen. New windows and a fresh coat of paint have been added to this area of the house.

In this part of the property is also the porch – a large covered area with an outside cooking space and in close proximity to the fresh water and outdoor sink. Around the corner is the short staircase leading to the second floor. Here one enters into a lobby which is connected with a spacious common room that provides access to 3 additional premises – master bedroom, second bedroom and wardrobe area with small shower room.
