Old Country House with Garage and Big Yard in a Big Village in Vratsa Region

The property is located near one of the main streets in the settlement. The house has 2 floors and a big attic space which can be transformed easily into additional living space. Downstairs one will find a small enclosed porch through which you enter into a wide common room. This premise leads you to four other rooms – 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also a room intended for a bathroom with toilet and shower inside. The second floor consists of 2 additional bedrooms and a small terrace. Above them is the attic which provides even more space. The house also has 2 basements beneath the ground floor. These have a separate entrance outside the enclosed porch.

The property had been empty for several years now and therefore requires a good cleanup and some repairs. The house comes with a nice and big plot (2000 sq.m.) of very fertile land. It has direct access to the main road and at the same time the main building is located away from the street, so you don`t get bothered by noise. The yard is a bit overgrown at the moment but if it gets cleaned it can provide plenty of open space for various farming activities or for the construction of additional buildings. There is an existing flimsy garage in the property but in its place one can build a more solid & proper one.

The distance from here to the center of the village is about 5-8 minutes by foot. Here you will find a park, a bus stop, post office, 2 grocery stores, two coffee bars, mayor`s office, primary school. There is a small stream passing through that area. About 3 km away from the village one can go fishing or camping along the banks of a big river or do the same near a lake situated at about 6 km in the opposite direction. The main business in the area is farming so there are no factories or noise within miles from here. Locals can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet as well as lots of fresh air and sunlight.

The village is popular among foreigners and there are already a few families from England, Poland and Scotland living here. Two of the neighboring villages are even bigger and there one will find more shops, construction material stores, gas stations, car wash, police station, doctor, dentist, library, bank and ATM, etc. There are 2 big cities at about 30-40 minutes of driving away from here.
