The property is located near one of the main streets in the settlement. The house has 2 floors and a big attic space which can be transformed easily into additional living space. The distance from here to the center of the village is about 5-8 minutes by foot. Here you will find a park, a bus stop, post office, 2 grocery stores, two coffee bars, mayor`s office, primary school. There is a small stream passing through that area. About 3 km away from the village one can go fishing or camping along the banks of a big river or do the same near a lake situated at about 6 km in the opposite direction. The main business in the area is farming so there are no factories or noise within miles from here. Locals can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet as well as lots of fresh air and sunlight.

The village is popular among foreigners and there are already a few families from England, Poland and Scotland living here. Two of the neighboring villages are even bigger and there one will find more shops, construction material stores, gas stations, car wash, police station, doctor, dentist, library, bank and ATM, etc. There are 2 big cities at about 30-40 minutes of driving away from here.
