The main building has one floor and consists of a big lobby, common room with kitchenette, corridor, living room, 2 bedrooms, closet and bathroom with toilet. There is also a basement beneath the living room.

In the opposite corner of the yard is the second house, which has 2 floors. The ground level here holds a spacious garage which used to be a coffee-bar before. Over the external stairs one goes to the upper floor which has2 rooms and a long, wide terrace. The terrace has a nice overview of the whole property as well as panoramic views towards the valley and the river and the street. This building still requires work upstairs as the rooms above are not finished on the inside.

The property is located within the limits of the village. The center is about 10 minutes away by foot. Here you will find 2 small grocery stores, the local post office, the mayor`s office, a school, park, a kindergarten and a coffee shop. A gas station is situated just 100 meters down the street from the house. The area around is nice and quiet and provides good conditions for fishing and camping at the local river as well as for farming as the soil in this region is very rich and fertile.

The land that comes with the house offers some open space while the rest is covered with flimsy farm buildings and shacks which if removed can provide plenty of additional space for gardening. Farming is the main business in the village and the area, so there is no heavy industry for miles which means that plenty of peace, quiet and fresh air are guaranteed.

The neighboring village is the seat of the local council and provides administrative services. Here are an emergency room and general practitioner, police station, fire station, dentist, bank and ATM, primary school, kindergarten, car wash, restaurant, café-bar, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. Regular bus transport connects the village the regional capital city Vratsa (about 1 hour away from here) and the national capital city of Sofia. There are a few other towns at half an hour driving distance from the property.
