Little Country House with Yard in a big Village close to a Ski and Spa Resorts, Montana Area
The house has one floor and it holds a corridor, bathroom with a toilet, living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom. The property has a nice, well-maintained yard with a vineyard, fruit trees and some open space. There is also a storage building which is situated not far away from the house. The property is located on a quiet street within the limits of the village about 5 minutes away from the center. It is in a nice, sunny spot which provides great conditions for gardening activities. There is also a partial panoramic view towards the distant mountains from here.
The village is big and lively. It has several shops and coffee bars, a mayor`s office, library, post office, small market, kindergarten, primary school and bus connections to the nearest towns. The nearest city of Montana is about 15 km away from the property. It is the regional center for the area and provides plenty of conveniences such as restaurants, shops, coffee-bars, theater, cinema, a big dam suitable for fishing and swimming and many more. In the city one can do shopping, visit a doctor or dentist, repair his car or tools, buy new car, etc. There are also good primary and secondary schools as well as kindergartens, general hospital, gas stations, train station, bus station, big park and museum. The city has good connections via road and rail with the national capital city Sofia as well as with other parts of Bulgaria.
Sofia is about two hours away from the property. The nearest ski resort is about half an hour away from the house. It is located on top of a mountain peak (Kom Peak) and provides good conditions for skiing. It is mainly of local use but there are big investment plans for the place and growing interest too. The oldest spa resort town in Bulgaria (Varshets) is at about the same distance from here.
