Big Rural Property with Nice Views and Extra Buildings just 15 km to Vratsa town

Solid rural house with many outbuildings and nice views situated in a quiet village 15 km away from Vratsa. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of a lobby, wide common area, kitchen and living room with terrace. Over the solid internal staircase made of carved stone blocks, one can go to the second floor. Here you enter into a corridor which connects a closet and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a terrace with nice panoramic views towards the village, the neighboring area, the lake, the valley and the distant mountain range located about 20 km away from here.

Behind the house is the annex, which consists of a short corridor, small bathroom, a storage room and a living room with kitchenette. This building is attached to the garage which provides a covered parking space as well as a small storage room at the back.

Not far away from here are the farm buildings: one big, spacious barn, an old shelter and a 2-storey house-type building. The structure which looks like a small old house is situated at the far end of the row of buildings. It has one very big premise downstairs (used as basement) and another room and a balcony on the upper level. The derelict shelter used to provide housing for the animals in the old days. It is a very old building made of raw bricks, timber and stone. It will be difficult but if desired, this shelter can be restored or rebuild. The big barn is close to the house and has one floor. It is a long and wide building which offers 3 rooms – two very big premises and a third, smaller one. All of them can be used for various purposes.

The property has a small front yard which is covered with flowers and trees. The garden is located mainly at the back of the house. It is not very big but still provides enough free space for a vegetable garden, green house, gazebo, etc. The house is situated on a hill which is within about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the village shop, bar, post office and bus stop.

There is a public park with fountain and a small stream just 200 meters away. The village where the property is located is 15 km away from the regional center Vratsa. A smaller town which is the seat of the local council (Mezdra town) is about 7 km away in southern direction. There you will find all the amenities necessary for everyday living such as gas stations and supermarkets, bars, coffee shops and restaurants, hospital, dentist, kindergarten, primary and secondary school, pharmacies, tool shop, bus station, train station, etc.

Sofia and Sofia International Airport are within less than 2 hours driving distance from the property. The village has regular bus connections with the nearby town. From there one can get on a train and reach many parts of Bulgaria including the seaside, the national capital Sofia, etc. Those who like fishing can try their luck at the lake near the village or go to the Iskar River just 10 km down the road from here.
