Country House with a Yard in a Village near Forest, Hills and Lake, just 45 km to Vratsa, Bulgaria

The property is situated in a short side street less than five minutes away by foot from the village center and a bus stop, a shop, main square, a post office and the mayor`s office. The house has one floor and holds lobby, living room, 2 bedrooms and small kitchen. There is also a basement beneath with a separate entrance at the back of the building. There is another room in the attic as well. It is a small storage with a balcony and can be reached over a ladder in the kitchen.

The house had been empty for almost 7 years now and thus requires renovation and refurbishment. With some work, the place can be turned into a great rural retreat. The yard can be reached through a gated driveway near the house. Most of the yard is located behind the building and offers some open space, a few flimsy storage buildings, several walnut and cherry trees as well as a few vines. The access to the property is easy as it is located on a tarmac road in good condition at a short distance from the village`s main road. The house is also not far away from some green hills and a forest. The first trees are less than 200 meters away from here.

The village itself is about 35 minutes away from the regional capital city of Vratsa and about 15 minutes by car from two small towns. There one can find supermarkets, gas stations, police stations, bus transport to Sofia and Vratsa, furniture store, construction material store, schools, kindergartens, etc. The house is two and a half hours of driving away from the national capital city Sofia and and its airport. The village is popular among foreigners and there are several of them living here year-round while others have holiday homes here and come more often during the summer season.
