Country House with Large Yard in a Village 40 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away by foot from the main square, shop, bar, bus stop and stream in the village. The house has one floor and holds a big living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and 2 bedrooms. There is also a small porch in front of the main entrance.
The house had received some renovations but the process was not fully completed. New wiring and plumbing are available as well as new double-glazed PVC windows and doors. The bathroom is pretty much finished with the tiling being done and requires the remaining units to be put in place. The rest of the rooms need more finishing work especially the walls and floors. The yard is 1380 sq.m. and it needs some cleaning.
The property is located in a quiet area within the limits of the village but also in close proximity to the outskirts where hills, fields and forest mix together. There are two settlements within respectively 5 and 15 km distance from here. The nearer one is Borovan and here one can find administrative services, police station, gas station, doctor, dentist, restaurant, pharmacy, grocery stores, construction material store, kindergarten, school, bank branch, ATMs, farmer`s market, etc. The other settlement is Byala Slatina (15 km) and it is more populated and provides the same amenities as well as other such as a hospital, a cinema, more shops, bars and restaurants, car service station, fire station, etc.
