Good Condition House with Garage, Barn and a Yard in a Nice Village in Vratsa Area

The property is located near the center of a lively village 65 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors connected via internal stairs. The ground level holds a small lobby, a long corridor with a space for a kitchenette, living room, 1 bedroom, storage room and a bathroom with toilet. Over the solid staircase one can go to the second floor which has a corridor, 2 bedrooms and a terrace.

The village has regular bus connection with several other towns and settlements in the area as well as with the regional capital Vratsa and the national capital city Sofia. There is also a nice river passing just outside the village thus providing great conditions for fishing and camping.
