The property is located near the center of a lively village 65 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors connected via internal stairs. The ground level holds a small lobby, a long corridor with a space for a kitchenette, living room, 1 bedroom, storage room and a bathroom with toilet. Over the solid staircase one can go to the second floor which has a corridor, 2 bedrooms and a terrace.

The house has new wiring on the ground floor, new ceiling in the corridor downstairs, new floors in some of the rooms (new wooden floor in one of the premises, another room and corridor with terracotta tiles flooring) as well as new chimneys. Upstairs and outside the house needs work as it can be seen on the photos.
