Old country house with a yard in quiet location rural area 25 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property had been empty for many years now and requires renovations and a good cleanup. It is located on a quiet side street within the limits of the village.

The property consists of a house on two floors, a big stone/timber barn and a yard of 1120 square meters, most of which is surrounded by a solid stone fence. The main building has two floors and attic space. All house levels are connected via solid internal stone staircase. The ground floor has 3 rooms. Over the internal stairs one can go to the upper floor which has another 3 rooms and a terrace. The views from here are towards the front garden, the street, the backyard, the barn, the neighborhood and the village. Unfortunately at the moment the property is overgrown which blocks most of the views.

The barn is situated not far away from the house. It represents a big building with solid stone foundations. The whole ground level of the barn is made of stone blocks while the small second floor is made of timber. Just like the house, the barn requires renovation but if restored it can be turned into a great work area or even a guest house.

The property is located within the limits of a quiet village about 20-25 km away from the regional center of Vratsa and 15 km to the town of Mezdra. The village has regular bus transport, a grocery store, post office, mayor's office and a small bar. There are no factories or industrial pollutants in the area, so there is plenty of fresh air and nice nature. Just 6-7 km down the road from the property one can go fishing at one of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria or visit an old monastery with rich historical past dating back to the early centuries.
