Houses (2) c. Junec were built in 2014 by friends, for friends and all who love the tranquility of nature and the proximity of the pristine beaches of Karadere, Shkorpilovtsi, Kamchia, Byala and Obzor. The houses are located in a garden of 1300 sqm and each house is 190 sqm.

Village Yunec (population over 60, but a lot of foreigners) is located at the eastern slopes of the Stara Planina Mountain, 2 km from the main road Varna-Burgas.

The climate is characterized by the spring sun, cool in summer, warm autumn and mild winter.

The village is bordered by centuries-old forest, spacious vineyards and fields, there is a reservoir. The nature of the village is a unique combination of mountain and sea.

In the area there are 3 nature reserves, 2 protected areas, Hunting Sherba and part of the longest beach on the Bulgarian / more than 10 km /. The area offers excellent conditions for the development of environmental and agriculture tourism, as well as hunting and fishing.

The population of the village has about 60 people, most people - foreigners. The village has a grocery store, a small church, a tavern.
