The house is solid, was built in 1980 from stone and brick. It is located in the suburbs of the town of Sliven, in the foothills of the natural park "Sini Kamani and a distance of 300 meters from the lower cableway station on site Karandila.

Blue Rocks is the name of a natural park in Bulgaria. The park was announced on November 28, 1980 for the protection of specific ecosystems, and beautiful scenery. The park is part of Sliven Mountain, which is part of the Balkan Mountains. Territory of the park has an area of nearly 7095 hectares and is located on the eastern slope of Stara Planina. Southern boundary of the park is delineated by the town of Sliven. From the north, west and east park is surrounded by extensive forests.
Forests cover a large part of the park blue stones. Deciduous forests cover much larger areas of conifers. In deciduous forests covered nearly 90% of the entire territory of the park. That dominated deciduous tree species, due to lower altitude in most of the park. The largest forested areas are mixed deciduous forests. Significant areas of the park are covered with beech Moesian whose formations are very typical for these places. In the forests of the park occur more hornbeam, durmast, oak, maple, hornbeam and others.
