Renovated House with Annex, Big Yard and Nice Views in a Big Village close to a River

Spacious rural property with nice views situated in a quiet area inside a lively village 20 km away from the Danube River and Romanian state border. The property consists of big two-storey house, summer kitchen (annex) and a spacious plot of 2011 sq.m.. The real estate is located in a peaceful neighborhood within the limits of the village. The house offers panoramic views as it is situated on a slope a bit above the other properties in the area.

The main building has two floors. It received great amount of renovation both inside and outside. The ground level holds a spacious living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Over the solid internal staircase one can reach the second floor which holds two bedrooms (one of them with a terrace), bathroom and a corridor connecting them. The center of the village is within about 5-10 minutes walking distance. The settlement is quite big and lively. It has gas station, regular bus transport, restaurant, a couple of small shops and café-bars, post office, small market, kindergarten, mayor`s office, etc. A river passes just outside the village providing good conditions for fishing and camping.
