The village is bordered by centuries-old forest, spacious vineyards and fields, there is a reservoir. The nature of the village is a unique combination of mountain and sea.

In the area there are 3 nature reserves, 2 protected areas, Hunting Sherba and part of the longest beach on the Bulgarian / more than 10 km /. The area offers excellent conditions for the development of environmental and agriculture tourism, as well as hunting and fishing.

The population of the village has about 60 people, most people - foreigners. The village has a grocery store, a small church, a tavern.

Daily bus transport links Yunets with nearby settlements and Varna.
