The property is located in a picturesque mountain village in southern Bulgaria and is just about 20 km to the town of Smolyan, 40 km to Pamporovo Ski Resort and 110 km to the nearest international airport in Plovdiv city. The village is very close to the Greek state border, so you can reach the Aegean Sea beaches in Greece within just about 150 km.
