The house is located in the village of Capricorn, about 10 km from the town of Gabrovo. It has 2 barns, one with slabs, the other with bricks.
In front of the house there is a covered area that can be used for barbecue.
The house is on 2 floors with an external stone staircase. There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor. They can be set aside for a kitchen, tavern and basement, for example. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
The house has wenge PVC windows.
The roof is strong, does not leak, it also has bricks. There is a water pipe next to the house.
The property is suitable both for a villa on weekends and for a guest house project. There is electricity, the panel is outside the property.
