The house is located in the village of Vaglevtsi, 20 km from Veliko Tarnovo in the direction of Stara Zagora on the national road "Hainboaz", which is maintained and cleaned all year round and so access to the village is easy and fast throughout the year.

The house is bordered by the river "Belitsa" which can be reached by steps from the yard and there are incredible views and tranquility, and above the property are the Balkans and forests. The property consists of a first floor, which is made of stone and houses a living room. with kitchen and fireplace, tavern type, laundry room with washing machine and hanger and bathroom with toilet.

Second floor made of bricks and concrete columns consisting of two bedrooms and also a bathroom with toilet.
