Novo Panicharevo is located in Primorsko municipality, Burgas district.
The village is located 27 km. south of Bourgas, 10 km. west of Primorsko, 20 km. northwest of Kiten and 6 km. east of the international road E - 87, leading to the Malko Tarnovo border checkpoint and Turkey.
Novo Panicharevo is located in Strandzha Mountain, at 104 meters above sea level.
The population is about 900 people. The village has a church, kindergarten, school, community center, shops, cafes, restaurants. There is a regular bus transport to Primorsko and Bourgas. The village offers opportunities for development of both rural and hunting and fishing tourism. In the immediate vicinity of Novo Panicharevo there are two dams - Novo Panicharevo dam and Yasna Polyana dam, located 5 km. from the village.
