Beautiful mountain house on 3 floors and amazing views, 2000 sq.m. garden, Sofia Province

The property is situated in a picturesque village at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain. It is just about 15 km to the nearest small town of Svoge and 20 km from the capital Sofia and Sofa International Airport.

The house is massive, brick-built and insulated. It has a living area of 98 sq.m. distributed over three floors. First floor consists of a tavern (kitchen), basement, sauna and bathroom.
