Dichin is a village in northern Bulgaria. It is located in Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, Veliko Tarnovo District.

It is 25 km northwest of Veliko Tarnovo, 18 km east of Pavlikeni, 66 km south of Svishtov, 235 km west of Varna, 223 km east of the capital - Sofia. It is located 3 km north of the railway line Sofia - Gorna Oryahovitsa, where is the railway station Rusalya - Dichin.

The altitude of the village varies from 81 m to 318 m. The climate is temperate continental. Summers are warm, without great heat, and winters are cold, with severe frosts rare. To the south of the village flows the river Rositsa. It is a natural border between the middle Danube plain and the Fore-Balkans.

The population is about 280 people. The village is electrified and supplied with water. Access to it is via an asphalt road. There is a railway and regular bus transport to the town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The village of Dichin has a town hall, a post office, a community center with a library, a doctor's office with a general practitioner, a veterinary office, a church, two grocery stores, a bar, a club for the pensioner and the disabled, a working mill, an agricultural cooperative and a cow farm.
