The village is located in Sredna Gora, municipality. Chirpan, 50 km from Plovdiv and 50 km from Stara Zagora.

The house is on two floors, and on the upper floor there is a large vestibule, 2 bedrooms and 1 more room, which leads to the attic. Downstairs there is a lobby with a newly built kitchenette, a living room and a new bathroom with toilet.

Adjacent to the house there is a one-storey building with a separate bathroom, divided into a living room and a kitchen.

There is an adjoining outbuilding, which can be used for all purposes, and the yard is mostly planted with a variety of fruit trees.

The village is like a picturesque picture, as all the houses and exterior walls are made of stone, and the beauty of the region dotted with lavender is indescribable.
