The house was renovated in 2017: PVC windows, laminate flooring, terracotta, newly built bathroom, new electrical and plumbing installation, new interior doors, air conditioning in the living room.

It consists of a living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom-toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with four ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine.

Living floor 46 sq.m + basement 35 sq.m (2 rooms) + outbuilding 12 sq.m. (storage, outdoor toilet, 2 sheds)

The house is located near the center, there is a canal, in the yard there are fruit trees, vines, parking space with a portal.
