The property is situated in a beautiful mountain village in western Bulgaria. It is just about 15 km to the next town of Svoge and 50 km to the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport.

They are the most attractive part of the Iskar River Canyon and a favorite place for climbers from Sofia and the whole country. Lakatnishki Rocks have been declared a natural monument in 1989.
