Fully furnished house located in the high part of the village of Kyulevcha with a great view, with reconstruction and repair on the lower level, consisting on:

• The first floor of two garages, living room with dining area and kitchen with two fireplaces (about 150 sqm), outdoor terrace (about 35 sqm), large bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi to it, with French windows and a door to the garden (about 25 sqm.), separate toilet and two closets.

The heating is solved by means of a wood boiler with installed aluminum radiators everywhere and air conditioners.

Apart from living, the house is very suitable for renting as a guest house, given the proximity to many historical and natural landmarks, as well as the new historical park, which is 30 minutes.
