Wonderful, two-story, residential building + one-story guest house in the village of Aleksandrovo, Burgas Region, Bulgaria!

Alexandrovo is a small picturesque village, located just 10 km from the golden beach of Sunny Beach and 30 km from the city of Burgas.

It is a green, quiet and calm area. The village is surrounded by fields, vineyards and orchards. There is the necessary infrastructure.

The area of the house is 105 sqm. On the ground floor there are: a large living room with kitchen area and fireplace, two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom, a small storage room. On the second floor there is a living room for guests and a large open veranda with wonderful views. The floor is summer, the staircase is external.
