4-Story, 5-Bed Guest House, New Kitchen, Fully Furnished, Hot Tub, Inground Pool, in Vratsa District

2019 Inground swimming pool (26ft) with pink Vratsa stone around the edges - fenced for safety - placed to the right of the antique orchard with cherries, apples of all sorts, pears, elderberries, grapes, passionfruit, blackcurrants and walnuts apricots and plums, a lovely lawn area too for the kids. All the gardens are separated with western style fencing.

The main house has 3 extra large bedrooms upstairs - 2 with views to the Balkans, sitting room, and french doors to upstairs deck. Also has a wet-room with toilet/sink/shower. Bedrooms are all fully furnished: Bedroom 1 has a queensize matching bedroom suite (modern); Bedroom 2 is a Marvel themed room, with double sleighbed and attic bunk; Bedroom 3 has 2 older style wardrobes, a queensize sleighbed and black leather single. Downstairs is a hallway office, loungeroom, reverse cycle air-con, and huge wood fire (with central heating throughout) tiled flooring. Basement consists of loads of dry storage area and the hidden Scottish pub complete with glass door, wine fridge and tables and chairs, also a wood fire for the chilly nights.

The garden is 2000 square meters. 2-story barn, with good storage up and down. 20ft shipping container and steel box trailer. Summer kitchen has a lovely dining area plus kitchen, new fridge, gas stove, cupboards, kettle etc, also has new toilet installed. Lovely pergola area, and new Vratsa stone pathways throughout. 10ft long surfboard bar overlooks the orchard and lawns, hot-tub and pergola.

The property comes complete with vehicles - Auto Landrover Discovery and Triumph Style Motorbike - Italian Moped.

The village is set between the two cities of Montana and Kozluduy for all your shopping needs (32 km each direction) and 50 mins to the city of Vratsa. The Ogosta River is passing directly across the road for fishing and water sports, with nothing but fields to block your view - a 3 minute walk to go fishing! The Danube River is 20 km away. Small convenience shop a 2 min walk and a petrol station with mini supermarket a 5 min walk.

Awesome renovated primary school in the village. High school in Hayredin village with bus at the door. Variety of shops, bars cafes and restaurants in the village and the 2 villages next to it. English speaking builders, vets, doctors and dentists all round about the property.
