Big village house on two floors with summer kitchen and 800m2 garden, Lovech Region

The property is situated in a nice village on the banks of Vit River in North Bulgaria. It is 20 km to the next town of Lukovit, 44 km to Lovech and about 120 km to the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport.

The house is brick, 2-story and offers a total living space of 200 square meters. The first floor consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, corridor, bathroom/WC and a staircase leading to the upper floor.
