Big 2-story house in the center of Lukovit, Bulgaria, 500m2 yard, extra buildings

The property is located in the beautiful Bulgarian town of Lukovit in Lovech Province. Situated on both sides of Zlatna Panega River between the Danubian Plain and the foot of Stara Planina it is 19 km to Yablanitsa town, 45 km to Lovech and 110 km to Sofia International Airport.

The building is brick, 2-story and has a total living space of 140 square meters. Each floor consists of 4 rooms plus bathroom/WC.
