Livable villa with panoramic views in a nice mountain village in Sofia Province

The property is located in a beautiful village in western Bulgaria. It is just 14 km to the next town of Svoge and 49 km to Sofia city. Situated in a mountain region near the beautiful Iskar Gorge. The region is very suitable mountain and rural tourism.

The villa is brick, 2-story and offers a total living space of 100 square meters. The first floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace, bathroom/WC and storage room. The second floor has a living room and two bedrooms. The house is well-maintained and livable. Electricity and water are connected and available.
