Lovely mountain house set among beautiful nature in Lovech Province, Bulgaria

The property is situated in a picturesque mountain village in northern Bulgaria. It is just about 1 km to Hemus Highway connecting Sofia with the coastal city of Varna; 12 km to the nearest town of Lovech and about 140 km to Sofia city.

The house is brick, massive, and has a total living space of 85 square meters distributed over 2 levels. The first level has a living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchenette, and a stone staircase leading to the upper floor. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, a balcony, and a corridor. The house is furnished and equipped and ready for immediate move-in. The garden is 1900 square meters – very well-tended and landscaped. Here is a cozy barbecue area as well as a few nice recreation areas.
