A solid stone-brick house in village of Agatovo, 176 km away from Sofia and 17 km away

from the main road Sofia - Varna. Very near to big regional center, named Sevlievo.

The village has a permanent population of over 400 people, mostly Bulgarians. It is situated in the southernmost part of Devetashko Plateau, about 10 km west of the Alexander Stamboliiski Dam. There are two more dams, one in the village itself.

The area is extremely calm, developed and communicative. Suitable for hiking, with many nearby sights, such as the Cave Devetashka, Krushuna Waterfalls, Dandolov's Ethnographic Houses, Kakrinsko hanche, several caves and eco paths.
