Location in the village:

The region, where the village is located is well known by hunters and fishermen. There are woodlands all around it. There are also several beautiful lakes nearby, where you can catch plenty of fish. Water here is drinkable and the air is fresh as there is no pollution.

This village is quite big and very vibrant. There is a lot of agriculture work being done on surrounding fields.

This property is a quiet part of the village. The neighbouring houses have been renovated by Bulgarian and they are very presentable. The road to the property is asphalt and it is in a very good condition.

There are also several foreign people (British and Russian) living in this village who all enjoy beautiful and stress free life in Bulgaria.

Property description:

This house is all made out of stone and brick. These kinds of properties are very appealing to foreign buyers. This house sits on 1000 sq.m of land. Water and electricity are connected. Internet can be connected at request.

Layout:

The entrance to the house is either via small wooden gate or via big wooden gate, which allow driving you vehicles inside.

This house has two rooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. The advantage of this house is that it has an internal staircase. Two rooms downstairs can be turned into kitchen and living room. There is also a summer kitchen, which can be incorporated into downstairs living space and can be turned into a bathroom. Upstairs you can have two bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is another big outbuilding, which leans to the back of this property. That can be turned either into the garage or into a storage area.

At the far end of the garden there is another outbuilding with very old bread over. That can be restored and turned into a barbeque area.

Garden:

There are plenty of grapes growing outside of the house. There is also outside water feature. There are many fruit trees in the garden such as plums, walnuts and others. In the spring this garden is full of tulips. This plot of land is flat and very manageable. The space between the house an the outbuilding with bread over is empty and can be used for various reasons such as planting grape vines or building swimming pool area.

Facilities:

Every few hours there is a bus service from the village to Chirpan, where you can get connected to Sofia or seaside, Turkey or Greece.

There is also a bar and a shop, where you can buy your bread and milk. Like every village there is also local municipality and post office service.
