Location in the village:

The region, where the village is located is well known by hunters and fishermen. There are woodlands all around it. There are also several beautiful lakes nearby, where you can catch plenty of fish.

This area is not only beautiful but also ecologically clean. Water here is drinkable and the air is fresh as there is no pollution.

This property is located on a very quiet road and it is very private. The road to the property is asphalt with the last 20 m being a dirt track.

There are also several foreign people living in this village who all enjoy beautiful and stress free life in Bulgaria.

Property description:

This house is all made of the best stone around. This kind of properties is very sought after and they fetch a lot of money when they are renovated. All walls are in very good condition.

Layout:

This house sits on 960 sq.m. of land. It had one big room downstairs and an L shaped cellar. There are two very beautiful rooms upstairs and a corridor. The beams are in perfect condition. Floors are wooden and just need some cleaning and some varnish to bring them back to their original beauty. There is enough space to connect both levels.

The house itself is connected with a summer kitchen, which can be easy incorporated in the main house. The house layout would be: kitchen, dinner and toilet downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.

There are many outbuildings on the plot, which will be very useful for storage purposes or can be turned into a separate accommodation.

Behind the property there is a big gate, which allows moving vehicles in. Water and electricity are connected. Internet can be connected at request.

There are two parts of the garden. The first plot is directly outside the house. The second part is on the side of the property on higher level and it has very nice views.

Facilities:

Every few hours there is a bus service from the village to Chirpan, where you can get connected to Sofia or seaside, Turkey or Greece.

There is also a bar and a shop, where you can buy your bread and milk. Like every village there is also local municipality and post office service.
