two-storey house - 135 sq.m., landscaped garden of 600 sq.m, garage 8 by 5 meters, a small rural kitchen and a part of a neighboring garden shared by 3 houses with a swimming pool and a garden.
The house was completed in 2008.
The pool is 10 by 5 meters and a children's section, which is a circle 3 meters in diameter.
The three houses are very similar to each other, in one we live year-round and the third is also owned by an Englishman. The cost of the pool is shared by the three houses.
- The house has a very attractive feature, namely the living room is located on the second floor, which provides a great panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes.

The beaches are close. There is a very close beach of Shkorpilovtsi, but it can also go to Kamchia, Byala or Obzor. These are the nearby places.
