135 sqm furnished house, 600 sqm land, pool, 10 km to beaches

two-storey house - 135 sq.m., landscaped garden of 600 sq.m, garage 8 by 5 meters, a small rural kitchen and a part of a neighboring garden shared by 3 houses with a swimming pool and a garden.

The house was completed in 2008.

The pool is 10 by 5 meters and a children's section, which is a circle 3 meters in diameter.

The three houses are very similar to each other, in one we live year-round and the third is also owned by an Englishman. The cost of the pool is shared by the three houses.

• The house has a very attractive feature, namely the living room is located on the second floor, which provides a great panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes.
• On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is furnished with antique Italian furniture, another bathroom with toilet which has a jacuzzi and a closet (under the stairs).
• On the second floor there is also a large wet room, a bathroom with toilet and a brick fireplace.

The house is fully furnished and the garage is quite well equipped with various utensils - electric concrete mixer, stairs, tools, etc.

The deepest part of the pool is 2.10 meters.
On the garage the roof is a tile that is reinforced and can be made on a large terrace or, if necessary, even make two additional rooms. There is a water well, barbecue, and there is a larger barbecue by the pool, which is common. 

There is a kindergarten, a restaurant, a gas station and a post office.

The beaches are close. There is a very close beach of Shkorpilovtsi, but it can also go to Kamchia, Byala or Obzor. These are the nearby places.
