The property is situated in a beautiful village in northern Bulgaria just 32 km to Ruse city, 92 km to Bucharest International Airport (Romania) and 180 km to the coastal city of Varna.

The villa is set on a rising slope on the Rusenski Lom River canyon north of the village center. The adjacent terrain of nearly 2000 sq.m. is south-facing and is about 100 meters above of the main part of the village. The northern side of the site is bordered by an asphalt road (the village main road). To the east is an extensive green area with a slightly rising slope about 300 - 350 meters to the next nearest houses.
