Set in a cozy mountain village in Northwest Bulgaria the house is just 20 km to the nearest town of Mezdra and 35 km from Vratsa city. The distance to Sofia International Airport is about 80 km.

The house offers a total living space of 140 sq.m. spread over 3 floors. First floor consists of a bathroom/toilet premise (not finished), a tavern and a basement. Second floor has a living room and a kitchen. Third floor comprises 3 bedrooms as 2 of them reveal amazing mountain views. The building is in very good condition, livable.
